Water 1/2 cup
Raisins 1/2 cup
Flax, ground 1 rounded tablespoon
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Oat Flour 1/2 cup
Coco powder 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
Honey or molasses 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
Add enough water to the flax to make it wet.
Plump the raisins in the rest of the water.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla to the flax mixture and stir.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. It should be thick enough to just barely stand up in the pan. Add water or flour if needed.
Put the mixture in a slightly oiled or nonstick pan by spoon fulls.
Cook for 13 minutes
