Presently I am providing this service for $200 per month. This is a brief but not complete description of the service.
  1. Schedule a call. (Fill out the form to the left)
  2. Fill out the “Preliminary email”. I will send this to you when you fill out the form to the left. This is information that will help me in coaching you.
  3. We will have an initial call or Skype conversation to establish your goals and to give an overview of the program. I will work with you and your tastes and food preferences and come up with recipes and plans that will continually move you toward your health goals.
  4. Daily texts, frequent phone conversations, email with various documents recommending recipes, videos, equipment, etc.
  5. We will evaluate what is in your kitchen, equipment, staples, spices, etc. and suggest what to add and eliminate.
  6. In our daily communication we will discuss your progress, what you are eating, are you being satisfied with the food or are you staying hungry, etc.
