Kimchi Fried Rice with Tofu
Ingredients
Tofu, 6 to 8 oz, drained Kimchi, 1 or 2 cups to taste Rice cooked (1 cup prior to cooking) Soy sauce, 1/8 cup |
Directions
Brown the tofu Add the kimchi and use it to deglaze the pan Add the rice and stir Add the soy sauce |
Press the water out of the Tofu if needed (see baked tofu recipe).
After adding the kimchi and rice cook just until warm and maybe we wont kill all the probiotics in the kimchi.
