Goal setting Progress monitoring Cooking classes With the Limited Service these are offered only when space is available. The classes are usually in my kitchen with 5 people. You are welcome to bring some wine. We prepare the meal and then eat it. During the evening we will discuss the health benefits to the ingredients and the preparation methods. Cooking usually starts at 6 and we try to eat by 7:30. There isn't a particular end time. You are welcome to stay until you are through socializing. Recipes Meal plans Shopping trips Information as to what food and equipment to keep in your kitchen Gardening instructions: I'm not implying that you have to garden to be healthy but if you're interested I would love to help you with this. I will share my years of organic gardening experience with you. I will give you the guidance necessary to help you set up your garden and insure your success with growing food. This includes a personal visit to my garden and a visit to your proposed garden area. These in person encounters are also included in the Limited Service.
Group food purchases: I occasionally buy food at bulk prices and will split the food and the cost with you. The advantage is that you can buy small quantities at bulk prices. This is a cost sharing. I don't mark up the price.
Various group activities: There is a charge for some of these, like the meals at a restaurant. Special meal at a restaurant (extra charge) A chef in east Memphis has agreed to prepare a vegan meal for us with the dietary restrictions we request. I will collect payment in advance so that she will know how much food to prepare. Group walks (no charge) These walks are for our health and a time for discussion. The intensity will vary depending on the fitness of the participants.
