After some email and phone contact we will meet at a place convenient for you and discuss:
Your health goals
Your physical activity
Your health problems or illnesses
Your usual pattern of eating
Favorite foods, both healthy and otherwise
Food shopping
Then we will set your goals and make plans to meet those goals. We will also discuss your expectations of me as your coach as well as my expectations of you.
2nd
You may attend one cooking class per month. If a class isn’t full the empty spots will be offered to all clients, the morning of the class, and given to the first to respond. This will not count as your monthly class. The classes are usually at my house with 5 or 6 clients. In the class I will review traditional preparation methods and introduce you to less traditional methods and foods. During the class I will show you my kitchen, pantry and fridge. I will explain what I keep on hand, what I don’t, and why.
3rd
I will also offer a group shopping trip to wherever we buy food: grocery store, farmers market, or Whole Foods.
4th
I will be available to answer any questions you have, either by email, text or phone.
The differences between the Standard Service and the Limited Service is mostly that the Limited service doesn't include in-person meetings. There are exceptions to this explained on the Membership page.
Goals will be done through email communication instead of in person.
You will be on the standby list for unfilled cooking classes. You will probably get a short notice, maybe as late as the morning of.
On standby for shopping trips. These are larger than the cooking classes and there are frequently open spaces. You will probably get a couple of days’ notice.
I will be available to answer any questions you have, either by email, text or phone.
