Super Nourishing Smoothie
Ingredients
Banana, 1 Something green, 2 oz Dates, 3 oz Blue Berries, 1/4 cup Nuts, 1/4 cup Flax, ground, 1 Tablespoon (I use 1/4 cup) Ginger, 0.3 oz (a piece as big as the last join of you thumb. Water, as much as needed to make it blend smoothly and be as thin as you want it. Beets, 3 oz (optional) Capers, 0.3 oz (optional) |
Directions
Blend. Add water a little at a time to allow things such as nuts to blend well. Add more toward the end if desired. |
My smoothies are thick. I eat them with a spoon.
