Sweet Potato and Shoots
Ingredients
sweet potato, 7 oz raw
orange, 1 with 1 tablespoon of the peal
Dates 10 small
Ginger, a piece about 1/2" X 3/4"
Nuts, 1/2 to 3/4 cup (I've used walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, or cashews.)
Water or rejuvelac 
Radish shoots 1 oz
​pea shoots 2 oz 
Directions
Boil sweet potato about 10 minutes.
Put all ingredients in the blender, including some or all of the water from the boiled sweet potato. 
Blend. Add water or rejuvelac if needed.
